Elaine Millsap Parker
Elaine Millsap Parker has worked in the field of social services for over 30 years. She has worked with families, clients, children and parents in the areas of child welfare, mental health, crisis advocacy and leadership development. Elaine has earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Chicago State University; and her masters degree in Nonprofit Management from Spertus College, Chicago. She is a woman of faith and believes that in all things, as taught from her Mom, that "Nothing beats a failure but a try."
